Note
The amount must be paid 30 days before the start date of the stay or at the time of booking if it is made in the 30 days prior to the start date of the stay.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation. Any sums already paid will be returned with the deduction of the booking fees, as described in the “cancellations” section.
Cancellations
In the event that for any reason a customer should cancel the reservation, the same will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid (30% deposit) only in case of cancellation 60 days before the date of entry of the booked stay (always communicated only by email), but however, the dates of stay may be changed, subject to availability check, with practical management costs of 100 euros. In the event of a cancellation request received by email 60 days before entry, no refund will be due to the customer.
Change reservations
Any requests for modification-exchange of bookings already made, which entail a change in the holiday period and / or accommodation, will be accepted (only in writing via email) within the limits of availability of the accommodation and upon payment of a fixed fee of € 100 plus any tariff differences if due. In any case, refunds will not be recognized if the modified stay is lower than the previously booked and confirmed cost.
