INFORMATION AND RESERVATIONS

OPEN ALSO ON WEEKENDS

Tourist tax not included and to be paid in cash on the day of arrival at the property: €2.00 per adult (from 14 years of age).
Security deposit €200 to be paid in cash upon arrival and refunded only at the end of the stay (check-out).
Bed linen not included: €15 per person if requested.

Notes

We also have one two-bedroom apartment with 10 sleeping places and an outdoor area (porch) where you can dine with table and chairs. Cost: €100–200 more per week compared to the standard two-bedroom apartment. Equipped with furnishings, furniture, and a new kitchen.
The sea-view apartment costs more than the standard one-bedroom apartment: €50–100 more per week.
THE PRESENCE OF PETS MUST ALWAYS BE COMMUNICATED BY THE GUEST – PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
CHECK-IN: Saturday or Sunday.
The balance must be paid 20 days before the start date of the stay via bank transfer. Checks are not accepted.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in cancellation of the booking. Any amounts already paid will be refunded minus booking fees, as described in the “cancellations” section.

Cancellations

If, for any reason, a guest cancels the booking, they are entitled to a refund of the amount paid (30% deposit) only if the cancellation is received at least 60 days before the scheduled check-in date (communication must be made exclusively by email).
It is still possible to modify the stay dates, subject to availability, with an administrative fee of €100.
In case of cancellation within 59 days prior to check-in, no refund will be granted.
FREE COVID CANCELLATION – in case the municipality becomes a RED ZONE.

Booking Modifications

Any requests to modify or change booking dates that involve a change in the holiday period and/or accommodation will be accepted (only if the requested stay is within the same calendar year), subject to availability and with a fixed fee of €100, plus any applicable rate difference based on the new stay period.
Any amounts will be refunded if the modified stay costs less than the amount already paid, however written confirmation by email is recommended.
